COO and Co-Founder

Avi (Avichai) Cohen is LiveU’s COO and Co-Founder and is the inventor of bonded cellular video transmission technology. He is the co-author of the patent behind award-winning products that have transformed the broadcast industry and are enhancing the way people share and communicate anywhere live video transmission is needed.

Mr. Cohen is a frequent guest speaker on developing new technologies and how to continue that innovative spirit and adapt for growth. He has spoken at international technology conferences and appeared on television programs such as CNBC’s Squawk Box, CBS’s Innovation Nation and Bloomberg TV.

In 2010, Mr. Cohen was named one of the Producers Guild of America’s “Digital 25: Visionaries, Innovators and Producers”. LiveU was recognized by CNBC in its inaugural Disruptor 50 list in 2013, of privately-held companies that have "turned their sectors upside down", and by the World Economic Forum in its Technology Pioneer 2014 list of the world’s most innovative startups.
