Jeffrey Liebman is the Director of Network News Operations at Telemundo Network

He began his television career working at sea for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a videographer and audio visual specialist, managing their on-board entertainment systems. Jeff moved to land in 1993 working as a field producer and satellite coordinator for WSVN-TV, Miami, FL. In 1996 he became News Operations Manager for WTVJ-TV, Miami, FL and part of the team that moved the station into a new facility, that became first local duopoly NBC-Telemundo (WTVJ-WSCV) TV station in their respective groups. In 2001, NBC shifted him to WNBC, as their News Operations Manager, managing their large fleet of microwave, satellite trucks, and helicopter. In 2005 he moved to the Midwest with his family, to become News Operations Manager at WDIV-TV, the Graham Media Television Station outlet in Detroit, MI. While in Detroit, Jeff covered 2 Detroit Tigers World Series runs, 3 NHL Stanley Cup runs, the largest municipal bankruptcy in the history of the U.S., and plenty of auto shows.

In 2014, Jeff re-joined NBC Universal, as their Director of Network News Operations for the Telemundo Network winning a national Emmy for their immigration specials, managing the technical needs of their 6 worldwide bureaus, and photography team. He coordinated their 2016-17 election coverage, the “Pulse” Nightclub shooting, and their recent inauguration coverage.
