Terri leads all aspects of audience and advertising technology and data platform development to meet the demanding requirements of internal and external business needs and execution against strategic objectives at WarnerMedia. She partners with business leaders across the company, identifying opportunities with the greatest potential to drive audience and advertising growth now and in the future and develops technology and data platform roadmaps to achieve specific and measurable goals. She is responsible for linear and digital advertising technologies, data warehouse/data management/consumer data platforms, as well as custom developed and 3rd party applications that provide network traffic, playlisting, proposal, order and inventory management solutions for HBO, Turner networks and the new D2C service, HBOMax. Her primary internal clients include Ad Sales, linear and digital networks and properties, Research, Marketing and the new D2C organization. Terri also serves as the primary technology organization liaison to AT&T and Xandr for both advertising solutions and data integrations, including managing principal vendors integrated into the solutions and enabling speed to market.
Her 25-year Turner career in Atlanta began as a Sports production assistant. From there she moved into Network Operations, managing commercial ad inventory for TBS, TNT and Cartoon Network. In 1997, she relocated to New York to work in the Ad Sales Strategic Planning division where she developed a passion for technology which evolved into leading Ad Sales business requirements as Turner ramped up investment in developing industry-leading solutions. In this role, she led requirements for advertising features in the Emmy-award winning system Crossroad (linear traffic and playlisting platform) and Marketplace (Ad Sales suite of tools from proposal to invoicing). In 2009, Terri formally pivoted from Ad Sales to the technology division, as Technical Director of Product Management, Ad Technology and Data Platforms. She was promoted to VP in 2013 with expanded responsibilities including Research, Finance and Network Operations systems and in 2016, promoted to SVP where she also assumed Programming, Promotions, Sponsorship technology solutions.
Terri graduated from Florida State University and sits on the board of Turner Women New York. Mentoring is one of her passions and she devotes time to various WarnerMedia organizations, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues at various career levels. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, 18-year old daughter, 15-year old son and puppy, Luna. She's an avid reader, loves biking, traveling with her family and works on her first novel in her spare time.
