Michael E. Bouchard is the Company’s Vice President of Technology Strategy helping to set overarching technical and marketing designs for the NextGen Broadcast roll-out and targeted implementations such as cloud playout, NextGenTV Broadcast Application, Advanced Alerting and Datacasting distribution. He is also leading the Company’s efforts in creating an ATSC 3.0 receiver runtime environment for legacy devices and mobile phones – to meet the specific monetization goals for the NextGen transition.

Mr. Bouchard brings over 25 years of digital and technology experience. He has spent the last 6 years with ONE Media’s parent company, Sinclair Broadcast Group, working first as the Director of Digital Platform where he managed architecture and development, and then as Sr. Director of Technology, where he managed cloud operations, digital analytics and research and development. Prior to joining Sinclair, Mr. Bouchard was the Chief Technology Officer for Firejack Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in open source to accelerate product-to-market timelines. Mr. Bouchard has also spent time consulting for regulatory authorities including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Federal Communications Commission.
