Todd Achilles is CEO of Evoca TV, an award-winning, Next-Generation broadcaster providing an innovative pay TV service in Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, and Michigan. Evoca has built the world’s first converged ATSC 3.0 media platform which represents the first new competitive TV provider in the US in decades. Based in Boise, Idaho, Evoca is growing fast by delivering compelling and affordable programming to families and sports fans.
A former Army tank officer, Todd has spent his civilian career in product, engineering and marketing roles within the tech and telecom sectors, holding executive roles at T-Mobile, HTC, and Hewlett-Packard. He currently serves on the boards of the Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy, the Frank Church Institute at Boise State University, Boise State Public Radio, and the Atlantic Council. Todd received his BA from Claremont McKenna College, his MBA and MAIS from the University of Washington, and MPA from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, where he also lecturers.
