Tal leads the UK media and sports strategy practice at EY Parthenon. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the media industry both as a strategy consultant and in commercial and operational roles within broadcasting. She was formerly General Manager of Turkey, Middle East and Africa for Turner Broadcasting. As a consultant she works closely with media businesses, sports entities and private equity clients, building value through both organic and inorganic growth. Having spent her career launching new products and managing fast-paced digital evolution, she has a particular interest in how businesses can position themselves for success through strategic innovation.
